Unicorn and Dragon shirt

I tried scruffing him and saying “no”, but that didn’t work. I tried squirting Unicorn and Dragon shirt, and that didn’t work. So far, the best thing that has worked is I tell him “no biting” (because often I can tell he’s going to bite by the look in his eyes and the swish of his tail) and if he does bite I scream and yell “no biting.” The biting behavior has decreased significantly. The other thing we have a problem with is when my husband goes to feed him.
