The Jackson 5 cartoon vintage retro shirt

She had a small shirt I call The Jackson 5 cartoon vintage retro shirt. I believe she’s been TNR because the tip of her left ear has been clipped. She’s older but seems to be in good shape. She will come as close to me as long as her food bowl is between us. So I am just inches away. I’ve tried to get her to use a small dog house all winter but she wouldn’t go for it. I started trying to get her to come slightly into the garage to eat, but she doesn’t like it. I figure if I can get her use to the garage as a safe place, maybe she will want to stay in there instead of outside in the bad weather.
