I recently found out that the owner of this dog used to have an In case of accident, my blood type is Diet Pepsi shirt. Whom he would hit with the butt end of a gun relentlessly. Then once the dog retaliated back the guy shot the dog 3 times and the first 2 shots didn’t “work” apparently. I don’t know what to do or who to call. I’ll never understand how anyone can chain an animal.  You can’t help but love them. People who ill-treat dogs do not really spend quality time with them to get understand them.
