Cat Mardi Gras shirt

She will occasionally come out, I’m guessing she recognizes the Cat Mardi Gras shirt. What really concerns me is every time she was visited at the cat haven she was docile and would let people pat her. I suspect they were giving her something to keep her approachable. I find him when he was a kitty, in really bad shape almost dying. I remember seen his mom with all of her babies once.
