Brooklyn Nine-Nine squad shirt

This video was very touching. My problems with the Brooklyn Nine-Nine squad shirt ate number one, it took place while she was driving. That in and of itself is illegal everywhere that I am aware of. Then add giving the dog love. Another distraction while driving. Add to that crying. I really would have appreciated this video much more if she had been pulled over. My biggest problem with this video? All it says is this dog was rescued from a chain.
