Are you saying everyone here is pretending to care by calling Other Women go shopping and Me shirt hypocrites? Many environmental causes have been fought and won by meat eaters, many wildlife carers eat meat. Do they not care? Less meat does mean less habitat loss etc absolutely but that’s not going to happen in the short term. What can happen in the short term is people lobby politicians and sign petitions. The ranchers defending their own livestock would be bad enough given they are on Federal land they’re not even currently supposed to be on according to one of the linked stories.
