All animals are worth helping for sure, thanks, dear. I did the same thing with an I’m not short I’m just a tall Elf Christmas shirt Robin, he became friends with our Jack Russell Terrier. they would run around inside and outside together. Also saved a mockingbird who would never leave my side. Unfortunately, he died trying to get out of the wooden cage I put him in at night. He did not want to be alone but with our dogs, his friends.
