How can an owner just abandon a dog because their situation changes? My wife and I were almost homeless when we moved to Florida because we couldn’t find a place that allowed pets. And you know what? I was ok with that. We would have found something eventually but not one goddam time did it cross our minds to get rid of our two dogs. They’re family just as much as my sisters or even my wife. I genuinely cannot understand why people do this. In most cases, they would love your hairless puppy like it was their own!
