We had a neighbor that would get cats and then when she became pregnant throw the cats outside. And of course, they weren’t spayed so they would have kittens. Guess who ended up caring for them and getting them spayed? Heartless people. Pets are not an expendable accessory! They are a part of the family and love unconditionally! People who do these things are awful and I hope this dog finds an actual loving owner to care for him the way it deserves.
