2018 first Christmas with my hot new Fiance shirt

Considering All of the 2018 first Christmas with my hot new Fiance shirt, some creature chose a garbage receptacle, for their own flesh and blood. I hope the owner gets charged. All he had to do was go to another location and he could have safely surrendered the puppies instead of leaving them to die. That decision had nothing to do with not being able to afford veterinary care. Next time someone walks into that clinic wanting to surrender an animal I hope they will take it and not trust the owner to go to a nearby shelter! This almost ended very badly for these two puppies.
