After being neglected, he is in the arms of a loving foster mom who is giving him all the love kindness and care he deserves. He made a remarkable turnaround in no time. I have recent pictures of him now, I can’t share on the thread for some reason, Horse justice league went and got him from the shelter and now a foster mom is caring for him, thank Horse for caring people out there who gave donations to help with his medical stuff, he is doing way better now.
