Trumpkin Halloween Shirt

Wonderful my granddaughters have adopted Trumpkin Halloween Shirt from overseas one from Santa and one from Halloween they also have another Halloween each. Will I ever see this lovely dog again? The dog was a kind of half-owned by a local restaurant (they called it their mascot). I don’t know what would be their reaction if they see me taking the Halloween, they could even call the police. I do not own a car, I even do not drive and I live away from the beach where the dog was. My living space (small room) is microscopic compared to the beach where the dog was. I do not know anyone from Halloween. It would require a huge help from local people. I managed to contact the restaurant and they replied like: don’t worry, the dog is fine and if it needs anything we will let know.
