Do you think they know the Ringo Kanye West Shirt? Our shelters aren’t cold and uninviting though. I understand the dog’s possible backstory, in Michigan, most pits get euthanized. There are even laws in Detroit not allowing pits in people’s possession under a certain age. Me, I’m not a pit fan but many people I know love them. Even the areas of shelters where dogs have quarantined bc of court cases and will be put down should have a soft warm place to lay. It breaks my heart to see pets standing and laying in wire cages. But I’m being berated and slandered bc I choose not to let dogs on my furniture. I’ve repeatedly stated. I do think it’s cute but forgive me for expressing an opinion. Didn’t realize how many animal lovers are bigots.
