At 3 years old, Rocco is just exiting the puppy stage and is more than likely still just as rambunctious and wants to play. The family absolutely did the right thing. You are so wrong, however, no young child should be left unattended with any Matt Carpenter! No family pet should be sent to a shelter in this instance!
