And extreme high sentencing against animal cruelty.  There are some people who have specific breeds of dogs that they prefer. I prefer the big dogs, and Standard Poodles, for their good nature and their intelligence. I think Breeders have standards and are very interested in meeting breed standards. Backyard breeders should be arrested, fined and put on probation, to ensure they don’t continue.
