It was not her Naruto Adidas Shirt but they would not have seen it that way. She had to be put to sleep due to cancer and severely old age shortly after but it was due to her pain and discomfort not because she was not being compliant. I do think her becoming short with “her kids” was due to pain from being sick. She was a rescue when she was 3-5. She had been tossed out on the main road and was pretty scarred up like she had been fought. A dog has every right to defend themselves and should not be punished for standing up for their rights as an individual. You shouldn’t have to get to that point. Dogs can be trained to not growl over food. And no it is absolutely NOT OK for them to do that! It is very dangerous! Especially if you have small children!
